How can you become 1% better?

I’m not a writer by any means. If you’re the grammar police, you can either bear my writing or click the back button quick! For the most part I’m not that terrible.

Move one mile per day.

Instead of telling you 3 paragraphs down what this is about, it’s about you and I. I want to help people. Its to get moving. Get people started. To be active once a day, every single day (and yes, even a brisk walk counts). It’s to inspire, motivate and build confidence in the people I know and don’t know. I want people to do better. Whether you’re sedentary or exercise regularly, we can always do more and better together even when we’re solo. And I’m not selling a damn thing. My information will always be free. And they’re not things you don’t already know.

I’m not only doing this for me. I’ve always had a longing to help people and I feel that most of what I’ve done in my life hasn’t filled that specific glass. So maybe a tad bit selfish. Just a tad. I have a beautiful wife and two little girls. I have my four legged best friend, Hudson, who I can’t believe just turned seven-years-old. But this isn’t going to be much about my personal life as it will be about my journey and your own if you follow along.

You and I will participate in virtual runs together, a virtual bike ride, rowing, swimming, hiking, everything.

I’ll post challenges and I will always participate in them with you.

Whether this reaches people right away or in the future, health will always be relevant.

A new podcast and YouTube videos will accompany this blog. If you don’t enjoy one, I do hope you enjoy the others.
